so this is my gaming rewind 2018 poster featuring Stress level 99% the death of MGS as Konami's new abomination t-poses over the corpses of Diablo and Snake. Thanos default dancing (yeah that was in 2018 too) ps4 exclusive Spiderbro, CSGO going F2p at the end of the year, Deltarune, 16 times the detail, and Spyro is just, there. also i know the ok ban was this year but OW censorship started last year, WHO'S TOO BIG FOR SMASH?

since i forgot to go over it, Clubhouse was made fun! Rainbow Six Siege
So clubhouse is a fun looking map, with a fun gameplay setup with some mobility issues.
during its map Buff in Para John Wick Bellum. Changes included
Connecting the second floors of each building so no longer was upstairs garage area (Cash room and CCTV room) isolated by only really being able to exit to the garage area (which would be locked down by attackers, it was like Favela' paper mache site, exposed.
Making the blue furnace room acessible from a tiny alcove room that served barely any purpose (making garage not the only way down without a hatch) this does add a tiny amount of pressure to Defense as garage is no longer the only way to attack one side.
Closing off Billiards room to make the bar harder to attack, that area was wide open.
Giving garage stairs instead of a ladder.
closing off a master bedroom window.
removing some chairs that cluttered up bar and decreased the entryway space (it was barricadable now).
increased spawnpeeking from defenders (they sort of got a "safe corner" from the new connector on the second floor which prevented them from being shot from construction and instead they pick of anyone they can find on the roof. gutsy little bois) by 300%
and lastly making a bathroom/ hallway rotation point to the club which made a soft wall between bar and club, lead to billiards and the new bathroom so this absured chokepoint wouldnt occur for attackers and that DOOR wasn't an easy sightline to behind the bar.'
these changes made this map one of my favorites to play on
this is old old news but still, i rate it 947/1000

You hear me out there, Dreamers?
The Wolf of Saturn Six is here!
You like contract passes like the CSGO operations?
We got em! You want Alert rewards to be obtainable for once? We got it too! Excalibur Mordred helmet is finally in reach!

As well there's new reward items in a form of credits that allow you to purchase items that would've been relegated to alerts. Meaning you can now get the Excal Mordred helmet BP all the way up to Orokin Reactors.
In The Wolf of Saturn Six story, Nora explains that while she had her ear to the window of the "wealthy and well-to-do" (which could mean anyone, it could be Corpus, Grineer worm queen, we have yet to know) She found out that the Grineer had a maximum penitentiary facility "six leagues down in the gas" that nobody knew about. Nobody knew about it because nobody attempted to break out. But there's been a breakout spearheaded by a Grineer "meathead" known as the Wolf on account of him howling into the nights. He was noted as a model prisoner "apple of the Warden's eye". But now the breakout has happened, and the Saturn Six floodgates are open causing fugitives to spread across the system.
as you go around in missions, 3 Fugitives will often randomly appear and taking them down and capturing rewards 50 standing each. Around Saturn, The Wolf himself will appear (like a Stalker appearance). His spawn chances will go up as the event proceeds. He drops some mods and BP/parts for his Sledgehammer (which currently go for close to 500 Platinum)
So go out there and dole out justice, Dreamers!

So the start of the Nightwave Series has arrived, with Nora Night playing over your orbiter scanner. She'll be hosting these events over the radio and giving rewards. There are weekly/daily contract-like things which award standing with the Radio Legion (at 10,000 you go up a tier and recieve rewards) These contracts involve taking down a Tridolon, doing a Sortie with friends, killing with heat damage and the like.
The rewards go up from glyphs and weapons slots all the way up to forma, exclusive emotes, and the new Umbra Forma (so glad that leak was real)

time to wrap up Year 3 part 1: Para Bellum
Ooh a lot has happened this year, Two Free Weekends, Mad House, Summer Splash, Pro League Season 7(or something), Pulse is an esports caster, the passing of Mid-season Reinforcements, Operation Pro League broke, Operation Healthier, Operation Ni- BANNED, and now, Operation Censorship. AND HOLY HECC CSGO IS FREE(which is good, but it's monetized by lootboxes)
Youtube Rewind also came out, Smash Ultimate, expect a Gaming Rewind poster from me again.

I've already given my ratings on Chimera so Now we can move to Para Bellum, Grim Sky, and Wind Bastion. Also Bayonetta has a PC port, who knew.
Operation Tachanka 2

Welcome to the Operation everyone expected to be buggier than usual as it followed the year after O P E R A T I O N H E A L T H. but it surprisingly stayed good. no major exploits, like vault glitching was already gone, dropshots were nerfed already. and the map was "the most competitive ever" which it was. We had insane maestro hipfire, wall deletion, and "GOT ONE"
Let's go through the Operators, and Map, Including Clubhouse Map Buff.

DEFENDER #1
Maestro "My Beautiful Evil Eye is Ready."
Maestro played a surprisingly active role with his cameras, more than echo's drones (including the buff from this year which gave him a second one, allowing teammates to view his drones as well as scan with them. a big intel buff indeed. AND Bulletproof cameras were introduced this operation) Maestro was a new 3 armor defender with an ACOG scope on his defense-sided LMG, Which was notorious for its miniature hipfire spread, making it easy to spray close range then use an ACOG for long, it was arguably the most broken thing about him.
He possessed weapons that he shares with Alibi and we'll go more in depth about the ACS-12 and the two revolvers with her.
He brought two "Evil Eye" camera turrets to the table. they were "thermal" as they could see through smoke clouds. they were immune to most forms of attack. Explosives or a sledgehammer would do the trick, the big secondary tool they had was harrassment. The shell could open up to shoot a laser at operators and gadgets to destroy or annoy, this left the turret vulnerable, and so really early on we learned not to ignore the camera when putting down gadgets.
Maestro was unremarkable when compared to the rest of the intel swarm, he proved a pretty good anchor and spawnpeeker.
Final Rating: 778/1000

DEFENDER #2
Alibi "Never reveal the cards you were dealt."
If you want to know where all the edgy ela and vigil and jager mains went..... well here she is
Alibi was designed as a distraction operator. She's equipped with three Prisma "hologram projectors" (lore says otherwise but what ever,) That project basically perfect duplicates of her that don't move, when interacted with (walked through, shot through, touched,) they fizzle. If an enemy does that interaction they are marked 5 times in rapid succession like a jackal scan.

This is not my image.
Alibi brings the Mx4 Storm SMG that is fairly powerful. She brings the ACS 12 Automatic Shotgun that pumps out 30 rounds of full auto wall deletion. She brought the Keratos .357 revolver which hits like a truck and has little recoil for a revolver. The recoil is very good which makes it a pocket sniper with no scope. She also brings the Baliff .410 Revolver which shoots out buckshot that makes good mini holes in walls and decent killing damage at close range hipfire. It has a reflex-styled sight.
Alibi's space in meta use has gone down and she's not a must-pick roamer.
Final Rating: 825/1000

VILLA:
Villa was an oddball map as it's objectively a very competitive map, there's few reasons to dislike, but people still dislike it. It's beautiful, It plays well. I would just like a drone hole into wine cellar ASIDE from the garage.
My Rating for the map?
EZ: 998/1000
-2 points for some annoyances.
My Final Score for Para Bellum?
