Casual mode, Almost perfect to make Team Fortress 3.0 : From a Valve Consumer

TF2 Casual mode

Why it's almost perfect, why it's made TF3.0, and why it works

The meet your match update had a rough launch and was ridiculed left and right for modifying quickplay into the csgo-style QUEUE-play. But Casual's formatting as of now is almost better than quickplay.

We will never be able to replace quickplay because the speed of it was just so nice. However, this is a very nice upgrade.

Why it works

1. Multiple gamemode selection: This allows better than quickplay so if you just want a match you don't have to decide which gamemode when you can have them all!

2.Rematch system as of now: able to actually have map rotations for servers

3. NO FORCED AUTOBALANCE

4. EXP system: purely cosmetic but it's for those people who like loot and VALVE GETS THAT. Portal 2, CSGO, and TF2 all have cosmetic things for a reason. Steam itself has cosmetic things like badges, emoticons, backgrounds, and more. While Overwatch now has the spray, emote, and voiceline wheels. There is still a limit on how much you can show off.

However, it's not perfect.

Here's what it needs

1. Remaining maps: a big chunk of maps are missing like

ALL ARENA MAPS
CTF(mannpower)_FOUNDRY
CP_5Gorge
CTF_Sawmill
CTF_2fort (invasion)
and CTF_Well
as well as the unfinished maps
RD_asteroid
and
PL_cactuscanyon

2. Ability for people to AD-hoc into friend matches

no longer can we join our friends in game, nor in MVM matches.

3. STOPWATCH MODE'S return to attack/defend and payload.

Stopwatch mode is implemented in competetive attack/defend and payload maps and it's like Overwatch's competetive time on Escort maps.

This would allow a more definitive winner to those maps

WHY HAS IT MADE TF3.0?

MEET YOUR MATCH updated and pushed TF2 into a new era.Image result for gold rush update
First there was the Hatless era, when TF2 was starting out and getting map updates with new maps weapons and hats to start things.
Then there was the F2P ERA: when TF2 became Free 2 Play, it became accessible.Image result for Uber update
THE CONTRACT ERA: when weapon skins, tiered cosmetics, and contracts came in which made TF2 and it's economy much different

And now:
THE SERIOUS ERA
Competetive modes, all-class cosmetics appearing every now and then. Community servers getting a slight highlight. The Pyro v Heavy War appeared. And we got the CSGO CELT voice codec, which means we'll have better voice chat.

Splintercell Blacklist: A Professional review

Welcome to Fourth Echelon. Sam Fisher is back. Sam Fisher is at his best. And he's ready to hurt something, preferably a bad guy.

Splintercell Blacklist looks absolutely beautiful. It has some of the cinematic elements of Conviction while maintaining a new feel.

Visuals:

Great, sadly locked around 30 fps. Anna Grimsdottir's hair is a bit weird in the cutscenes but aside from that the characters look great. The maps, the enemies, and everything else has a clean look to it. The 5-7 however looks different from most others and includes a suppressor in the barrel so¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Basic Hub:

Paladin gives the option to walk around a smaller cargo plane.  Paladin is the Hub world for you while playing the game. You can talk to any of your three comrades, your prisoner, and Sarah, your daughter.
Talking to Grim gives you the opportunity to upgrade the Plane for a bonus multiplier in score for receiving money at the end of missions as well as adding many more different bonuses in the field.

The SMI also gives you access to campaign and multiplayer modes.

Charlie: Who gives you missions that are solo/co-op which task you with defending an area and holding out for a certain amount of waves. He also allows you to customize gear which you can do from the SMI or by walking to the armory.
Briggs: Gives you co-op only missions.
Grim: who gives you solo/co-op missions which rely on never getting detected.
Kobin: solo/co-op which give you the Hunter missions from deniable ops in conviction.

Story:
Pretty dang good.

Soundtrack: ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS

Multiplayer: Fairly stable with the occasional hacker. no quit button however

The classes are great with a new feel to any form of multiplayer. Not many people play now but it's still fun to play a good round of spies versus mercs.
Along with the preset classes for both teams, there's also an extra three custom loadout slots.
Merc-Classes1Spy-Classes

Basic run-through: Spies stay hidden and hack  the terminals, mercs have firepower to take them down.
The Intel scout is a support spy, get an eye on the enemy and make sure your teammates know where he is.
Saboteur: Disable those pesky traps mercs left for you and any things they might send at you.
Predator: super stealthy, only countered by one kind of merc goggle ability

Disruptor: make sure nothing that those spies can use works.
Hunter: send up a uav to find those spies
Peacemaker: Fast Tank

Corridor Digital actually made a video somewhat demonstrating the multiplayer action. view the video here

PEEVES: Helmeted enemies require multiple headshots to take off their helmet or a mark and execute.
Enemies can whack you. if you try to take down an enemy and they notice you they will knock you back and you can't take them down. AND IT STINKS

Overall: I recommend it
