(Really Blizzard?)

What I am about to show you is from Overwatch and Paladins, Paladins was released first, however they did a game design overhaul from alpha to beta and appeared to copy Overwatch. However, in recent updates, Overwatch has been appearing to copy more and more off of Paladins original character designs.

The above two are from the original cast of Paladins: Fernando is on the left (who has a rectangular barrier) and Evie is on the right (who has an ice block ability) These two were revealed before blizzard revealed similar abilities.
Below( left, Reinhardt with a rectangular barrier, and Right, mei with an ice block ability)

But due to blizzard fanboys, Paladins was called the Overwatch Clone, even though they had a capture the cp to unlock the payload mode before the Assault/escort hybrid mode in Overwatch.

But Overwatch has been copying for a while as this hasn't stopped. Below was Ruckus and Bolt from the original paladins cast, (a person in a mech with repeating gatling guns) and The post-beta character D.Va (person in mech with repeating guns.) from Overwatch. Ruckus and D.va

But that was only at launch. what else?

Post launch Characters featured a stealth assassin Sombra (who copied Skye, a launch character, left, in design)Image result for skye paladins

Later, Moira in Overwatch had a very Witch-like design (not to mention being a strongly damage-oriented healer which attained lifesteal) and used orbs and phase shifting to manuever. Much like Seris from Paladins (top)

.

Now the two most recent comparisons honestly look like shameless ripoffs.
For The paladins World championship The owl-styled stealth Sniper Strix got a special skin called the Coldsnap. (pictured top), a month or two afterwards, in the Winter Wonderland update, The Sniper Character Ana got a skin called Snowy owl (below) look familiar?
And Lastly, Their newest Hero which is meant to be a front line tank. Brigitte (top) has a strong resemblance to a character in Paladins named Ash (below) that came roughly 9 months ago. THE FLAGS EVEN HAVE GAMEPLAY SIGNIFICANCE FOR AOE BUFFS. THEY BOTH USE BARRIERS AND CAN BASH AN OPPONENT BACK.

And yet in all this, Paladins is still called an Overwatch Clone. Stop it Blizzard, please.
In addition a post was added to Reddit a couple years ago from a Hi-rez Employee detailing that they did not copy Overwatch. Check it out here.
I've also learned it's best not to make a roadmap because I just flunk it anyways.
